The main and only dream of idiots and dictators is permanency. Musical business also heavily sick by the very same illness. All the Russian idiots-musicians, so called creative artists suffer this mental disorder. Violent implanting of permanency kills life everywhere, in any society. It killed USSR, killed many dictatorship. Killed music. Killing Russia now. It is an ugly artificial rejection of the main rule of life – constant change and development.
